So I get today my used copy of The Devil’s Candy, a book about the massive failure of The Bonfire of the Vanities as a movie, printed in 1992.
The Kirkus Reviews blurb on the back reads:
I bet whomever wrote that is now pretty damned glad he didn’t use as fun as instead of like.

Timing… timing. A few years further ahead and it definitely would have been the talk of the town XD
