I wonder if this is evidence of a falling out with Otto. Considering Federico is not in the current congress, he was involved in discarding the libertarian principles and kicking out Raúl but probably did not benefit directly from taking in state money, and now sees his chances of ever doing so seriously diminished by the party's rapid decline.
