Google Desktop on Mac

Merlin Mann describes his experience so far with Google Desktop. Ars Technica has a more in-depth review of exactly what the Google installer is doing. The short version: stick with Quicksilver and Spotlight for now. While Quicksilver might take little bit getting used to, once you grok it you’ll find out that most things you do on your Mac are now only a couple keystrokes away (yes, I’m old school).
