U.S. plans Death Camp
Really cool news if you're a dictator looking for somebody to whom outsource your "political nuisance removal" practices.
Since Guantanamo is not in US soil, courts can't even intervene - not to mention that they probably can deport non-US citizens there with a minimum of fuss. You get the US to give your nuisances political asylum, then have them change their minds and decide that he's a terrorist, get him deported to Guantanamo, have him receive one to the back of the head.
New russian roulette game: go to the US, see if you get flagged as a terrorist.
